Some immunological biomarkers of the severity of neonatal sepsis in newborns depending on different inflammatory response

Background. Objective: to study the diagnostic value and indicators of clinical epidemiological risk some immunological biomarkers as severity course neonatal sepsis in order improve treatment outcomes newborns with an alternative serum content C-reactive protein. Materials methods. A comprehensive paraclinical examination 56 children was conducted. Among studied biomarkers, presepsin 1,000 ng/ml accompanied best severe according (odds 4.3–6.0, relative 2.3–2.5, attributable 32.0–42.0 %). Conclusions. Elevated markers (presepsin, procalcitonin) (IL-6, IL-8) can be considered biomarker probable development dysfunction.
